I guess it all depends on how you look at it...
Half-empty, as in the fact that I worked out so hard this week, and only had a one pound decrease...
Half-full, as in, I am under 200 pounds for the first time since month 5 of my first pregnancy 5 years ago, I am on day 4 of my period, and I only have one more week of full fast left.
I am trying to be more optimistic than pessimistic...but it is hard...

You're doing great. It's hard to lose weight. So, don't get discouraged. Everybody has ups and downs.
I gained weight after I broke my ankle, and I still trying to lose it. I think you have to be patient and focus on what you've achieved rather than what you haven't achieved.
